Questions on
Cost
How much does a project with Enthros cost?
Websites, UI/UX design and graphics start at $350, online stores at $450, branding at $500 and mobile apps at $1,500. After a short call we send a fixed quote, so the price you approve is the price you pay.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Projects have a fixed price tied to a written scope. Ongoing work runs by the month: a care plan with a set number of days, or a senior lead such as a project manager or a brand director.
How do payments work?
Projects are paid in stages: 40% when you accept the quote, 30% when the design is approved and 30% at launch, or at handoff for design work.
What if the scope changes?
Small changes are part of the work. For larger ones we send a short written change with its price and its effect on the date, and nothing happens until you approve it.
What does the starting price include?
The smallest complete version of the work. For a Framer website that is up to five pages, design and launch; for a Shopify store, a theme design, up to 50 products, payments and shipping. Each line on the pricing page says what it includes, and your fixed quote lists everything in writing.
Questions on
Timing
How long does a project take?
Design and graphics take one to three weeks, a website two to seven and a brand two to four. Shopify stores take 3 to 5 weeks, custom stores 7 to 10, and mobile apps 15 to 20 weeks. You get a week by week plan before we start.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a week of accepting the quote. Care plans and monthly leads can often start sooner.
Can you work to a fixed launch date?
Yes. Tell us the date on the first call and we plan the scope around it.
Questions on
Working together
Who will I work with?
The designers and engineers doing the work. One lead stays with you from the first call to launch, and after.
Can you work with our team and tools?
Yes. We join your stack, your repository and your stand ups, or we run the whole thing. Whatever gets you there faster.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, and most of our work is remote. We plan calls inside your working day, reply within one working day wherever you are, and keep everything in one shared project space.
Who owns the work?
You do. On final payment you own the designs, the code and the source files we create for you.
Framer, Webflow or custom: which should I choose?
Framer suits a fast launch and a team that wants to edit pages on the canvas. Webflow suits a content team that publishes often and needs a strong CMS. A custom build makes sense when you need full control, top speed or features a site builder cannot handle. Every option gets the same custom design.
What does a monthly lead do, and is it full time?
A monthly lead is a senior project manager, brand director or creative web director who works on your business every month, alongside your team. The hours are agreed up front and set out in the quote, and you can pause or stop with 30 days notice.
How do I know your results are real?
Every project here shows the number it moved after launch. On a call we walk you through the live work, show how each result was measured and answer anything you want to know about how we work.
Questions on
After launch
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of free support, then an optional care plan for updates, testing and new features, from $900 a month.
Will we be able to update things ourselves?
Yes. Every site and store comes with a content system and a recorded training session for your team.
Do you offer hosting and maintenance?
We set up hosting in your own accounts, so you stay in control, and we maintain it for you under a care plan if you want.
