Who we are
This site is run by Enthros, 606, Nakshatra VIII, Sadhu Vaswani Road, Rajkot 5, India. This policy explains what we collect when you visit it or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
The details you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp: your name, email address, company and anything you write in your message. We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records pages viewed, the country, browser and device type, without cookies and without identifying you. If you press Allow in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and which pages lead to an inquiry. It records pages viewed, the country, browser and device type, and uses cookies to tell visits apart. We do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the work you hire us for and improve this site. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga, and starting with _ga_) only if you press Allow in the cookie banner. Your choice is kept in your browser so we do not ask again, and you can change it at any time with Cookie choice in the footer. Those cookies last up to two years. For the length of a visit, your browser remembers that you have seen the opening animation, so it does not play twice, and which page or link brought you here, so an inquiry can tell us where it came from. Cloudflare, which protects the site, may set short lived security cookies (such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance) that tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. They are not used for tracking and expire within an hour.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the studio, and only as much as they need: our email provider, WhatsApp when you message us there, the service that receives the contact form, our website host, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare, which protects the site and checks the contact form for spam. Each one is bound by its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to two years. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@enthros.com and we will answer within 30 days.
